Higher Level Select Soccer’s Growth Training System has been providing rigorous and effective player development for almost 20 years. Unlike most summer soccer camps that offer quick fixes, our eight-week program offers 24 Training Days and 48 hours of direct instruction, combined with homework drills and exercises, leading to a complete transformation of players’ soccer skills and IQs.
During our daily Combination Training sessions, players can expect a unique and unmatched training experience.
1st hour of training:
The first hour is focused on speed, agility, quickness, and strength training (SAQ Strength Training), which includes real-time bio-mechanical corrections from coaches to improve player performance. Coaches will evaluate running form, provide continuous flow analysis, and teach players how to burst, accelerate, decelerate, and evade maneuvers at speed. Nutrition and recovery will also be discussed to emphasize their importance in physical and mental development.
