Group Training Times:
A player with a growth mindset knows that Winter soccer training is primetime for skills development, physical conditioning, and team building.
At Higher Level Select Soccer, our winter Growth Training System offers a Combination Training schedule to focus on Technical and Tactical Soccer training as well as Speed-Agility-Quickness-Strength training (SAQ-Strength training).
Players can expect three intensive training sessions per week lasting two hours per session. We limit our groups to a maximum of 18 players so that we can tailor the curriculum to the individual needs of a team or training group.
